Vehicle history reports

History covers registration, ownership, use, mileage and insurance events. Unlike the car's specs, a history report belongs to one listing: the exact vehicle_ref.domain_id + listing_id. Don't copy it to other listings of the same car.

What's inside

`summary`	Counters such as `owner_change_count` and `insurance_claim_count`, and claim costs in `summary.currency`.
`coverage`	Period and sections the source actually covers. Show it near the top.
`checks[]`	Yes/no checks. `result_key`: `present`, `not_present`, `unknown`, `not_applicable`.
`events[]`	Timeline entries. Respect `date_precision_key` (`day`, `month`, `year` …) instead of showing a made-up exact date.

An empty or missing report doesn't prove a clean history.
Keep explicit zeros: theft_count: 0 is a finding, null is not.
With several reports, show each as its own source. Don't merge events across reports.
